New Family Enrichment Center in El Barrio

Spectrum Noticias 1 shares the story of The East Side S.O.U.L. (Safe Oasis United by Love) Family Enrichment Center, who recently opened its doors in East Harlem. The FEC offers free resources for the community, including doula classes for mothers-to-be to help them feel more at ease during their pregnancy.
